Little Magician

When I saw the 'sneek peeks' for the new Lili of the Valley 'The Boys Are Back in Town' release I just fell in love with the stamp I have used in this card which is called 'Abracadabra'. Of course I could not buy just one stamp from the new stamps but I will be using the others later on for other projects. I have not made this card for any special reason, I just wanted to use the stamp because I liked it so much. Once I had coloured the image and cut it out I was racking my brain about what paper I could use when I remembered the DCWV Once Upon a Time paper stack. The piece I used on the front of the card came from the 8x8 stack and I cut the bottle pattern out so that I could Decoupage it over the top of the image. I used the same design inside the card but from the 12x12 stack.

So here is what I used for this card. I started with a 148 x 148cm square card blank. The backing paper is as I have said from Die Cut With a View 'Once Upon a Time' stack. The image is Lili of the Valley 'Abracadabra' and it is coloured with Promarkers. I have clouded the edges of the image with 'Milled Lavender' Distress ink and then mounted it on purple miricard. The ribbon is from my stash.
